Who We Are:

The Knightdale United Methodist Men are a dedicated group of men who strive to follow the call that God has given us.  That call is to provide every man in Knightdale and the surrounding area with a credible offer of salvation by the blood of Christ and then lead them from that point of entry toward becoming strong disciples of Jesus Christ.

Our aim is to build up men who claim Jesus as, not only their savior, but Lord of their lives by focusing on growing relationships rather than focusing solely on programs. We will strive to Create potentially life-altering opportunities through our men’s ministry that will Capture the hearts, minds and souls of men to turn them toward Christ and away from the sins of the flesh. We will strive also to Sustain men in their faith so that by our fellowship together we will strengthen each other.

We strive to bring men together through fellowship and mission opportunities that benefit the men, their families and their community. This is done through sharing meals, participating in social and athletic events, servicing the people of our congregation and community and much, much more.

Beginning in 2015, we are replacing our traditional second Saturday morning of the month breakfast with a second Thursday night of the month dinner that will dine in the Lobby of the Cross area and meet in the Sanctuary for a time of fellowship and devotion. Due to other events there will be times that we will not meet for our monthly dinner. The dates that we WILL meet are:

 February 12

July 9

March 12

August 13

April 9

September 10

May 14

October 8

June 11

November 12

Currently, there are two different men's Small Group / Bible studies. One meets on Sunday afternoons and the other meets on Monday evenings and we are in the process of establishing more.

We will also continue to support the Pastor’s Discretionary Fund and the Scholar-ship for the graduating senior.
